We’re so excited to share that our Boro Hotel shoot is been published on Style Me Pretty front page! You can see the full feature here
We based ourselves at the Boro Hotel where we got the chance to turn the industrial wedding space into a romantic and elegant space with feminine touches for our same-sex couple. The views from this room in the hotel located on Long Island provides an amazing panorama of the New York skyline however for us it didn’t last too long because instead we got to experience the first snow day of the year.
We wanted to bring a feeling of warmth & Hygge into this room through the use of stunning florals and decoration. We focused our colour palette on soft pinks, purples and greys. We decorated the table with a grey linen tablecloth, black cutlery, taper candles, floral patterned chargers and the show stopper flower cloud above the top table. This really added an element of understated luxury.
This beautiful buttercream flowers cake is almost to pretty to eat! We focused on minimalistic stylish stationery and added a simple embossed design to add some texture. A seating plan was made using biscuits – ‘seating for eating’ which included the guest name and table number, while also doubling up as guest favours. Our beautiful ladies wore stunning gowns by the talented Marina Semone.
