This summer wedding in the Hamptons wedding was quintessential elegance with chic attire & decor.
The bride and groom are a stylish couple from NYC. I first met them during their engagement photo session in New York City’s iconic West Village. Their style was as evident as their love for one another. After hearing of their surprise engagement story and capturing them, I was looking forward to their summer wedding in the Hamptons.
Located in North Fork’s Peconic Bay, Peconic Bay Yacht Club provides extraordinary views of the sea. Likewise, as you exchange your wedding vows under the ceremony arbor, the picturesque views will fill your backdrop. It is a pristine venue that beckons the call of elegance, for couples who wish to plan a classic wedding day with an air of chic sophistication.
The views at Peconic Bay Yacht Club are only part of its charm and appeal as a wedding venue. Inspired cuisine and well-crafted cocktails are on the menu and served to you and your guests in a way that will enchant your taste buds and take you on a culinary adventure. Couples who seek to leave the city for their wedding day often find the New England Charm of the stone-lined walkways at Peconic Bay Yacht Club provides them with a wedding day experience with a sort of ease and comfort about it.
Lush white blooms and creamy tones were at the center of this wedding day. Undoubtedly, the ceremony space was embellished with rows of tall white floral arrangements carefully placed at the back row of the guests’ seating. White flower petals lined the aisle for the bride’s entrance, with the floral wedding arbor providing the focal point of the ceremony for the bride and groom.
At the reception celebration, glowing candles provided a romantic ambiance for the newlyweds. Furthermore, white floral arrangements sat atop each of the guest tables, tying together the crisp, chic color palette. The monochromatic color palette was enriched with lavish amounts of floral greenery to provide a feeling of summer elegance.
The bride wore a sweetheart neckline gown by bridal designer Mira Zwillinger from the Floral Motives collection. The gown, covered in sculptural flowers blended beautifully with the sentiment of the rich season. For the reception, the bride changed out of her A-line bridal gown and into a short and chic party dress in a crisp shade of white.
All in all, this summer wedding in the Hamptons was filled with the fervor and excitement of the season, with an air of chic sophistication. To see more details, scroll through the photos below.
