Located on the Williamsburg waterfront, the Wythe Hotel is a full-service wedding venue with an ambiance that begets the city’s culture, food, and community. The building’s architecture is over 120 years old and is emboldened by the design and history of Brooklyn. This boutique hotel wedding venue is elevated by its charm and exceptional brick facade
The charm of Brooklyn lies in knowing that what is now a stunning wedding venue, was once a factory. Paying homage to those who came before, The Wythe Hotel is mindful of the direct role that they play in Brooklyn’s proud history. They welcome guests from all over the world, and they celebrate love with weddings in their Main Hall and Garden Terrace.
Additionally, the venue is also pet-friendly. This allowed my couple, Cara and Ethan to make their sweet mini golden doodle part of their wedding at the Wythe Hotel. Dubbed Louie, Cara and Ethan’s fur baby was all too happy to slip on a tux and be at their side on their wedding day.
Cara and Ethan have known one another since High School. Although, it wasn’t until many years later that they reconnected while residing in New York. With a first date at Fish Cheeks in Noho, the couple bonded over their shared taste in music. From there, Cara and Ethan quickly became inseparable. They made the move together to Brooklyn, where they began to embark on life’s many adventures, side by side.
Their wedding day at the Wythe Hotel was a true embodiment of their style and the love they share. But even more so, Cara and Ethan’s wedding epitomized a celebratory vibrancy. The air was electric and the mood was shared by all in attendance.
Cara and Ethan’s wedding ceremony took place in the Garden Terrace of the Wythe Hotel. The space highlights the building’s original brick walls, accented by ivy. Furthermore, black and white tile enhances the space’s industrial meets intimate grace. Cara and Ethan outfitted their ceremony space with a creamy-colored floral wedding arbor emphasized by greenery. Glowing candles created an atmosphere of elegance, drawing their guests into a cozy and intimate experience.
With Cara and Ethan pronounced married, a wedding reception celebration awaited them and their guests in Wythe Hotel’s Main Hall. Here, the atmosphere of elegance continued with a glowing candlelit dinner and creamy-colored floral arrangements stretched across the reception tables.
Cara slipped out of her chic long-sleeved ceremony gown and into a fun party dress. After she and Ethan enjoyed their wedding cake, they spent the night on the dance floor as husband and wife.
